January Podcast: A Conversation with "Shakey Amy" Behar Join DLM's Rebekah Willis as we chat with Shakey Amy about living with a movement disorder. During the three episodes we discuss Shakey Amy's experiences as a Dystonian, how she became an advocate and more. Shakey Amy has been working through her website, youtube and direct appearances to increase awareness of Dystonia and provide support for many. For the past several months, she has been recording the varied journeys of people with Dystonia. This exciting and important collection has been compiled and will be published soon in book form. Shakey Amy's experience in the field of mental health allows her to offer indispensable insight into the many aspects of coping and adapting to disability. DLM is thrilled to offer you these podcasts. Shakey Amy's wonderfully lively manner makes even serious talk a pleasure! Disability Employment Policy (ODEP) and its Federal partners will hold a series of six Listening Sessions across the country on disability employment.
